Test your balance, reveal asymmetries, and get a score based on single-leg control, tandem stance, eyes-closed stability, and overall symmetry. All balance tests are performed with eyes open, except the Eyes Closed Stand. This test removes visual input and measures your true balance and nervous system control. This is called a Romberg-style stance (gold standard baseline). Heels and toes touching or very close. Arms relaxed at sides
This version scores balance using five main signals: single-leg control, tandem stance with both foot positions, eyes-closed stability, total resets, and asymmetry between sides.
Testing both tandem positions matters because left-front and right-front challenge the body differently. If one setup is clearly weaker, that is useful information—not noise.
